Staff Bios

Pavlos Fereos received his Diploma in Architecture and his MPhil from the NTU Athens before moving to London to pursue design research at the Architectural Association’s DRL. He is partner at Fereos + Associates with numerous completed and awarded projects and architectural competition prizes, and part of the formDEcode platform based in Athens. He is currently running Diploma Studio 6 in London Southbank University, teaching computational tools at the Bartlett GAD RC2 and the Institute for Experimental Architecture in Innsbruck, while working towards a PhD in computational design at UCL.

Michalis Georgiou is a practicing architect/founding member of HUB, a design and engineering platform, and a full time lecturer at the Architecture Research Center [ARC] of the University of Nicosia in the field of Digital Design. He holds an MSc in Adaptive Architecture and Computation from the Bartlett and a Diploma in Architecture from the NTUA where he is currently pursuing his PhD. Before moving on to realize his own professional collaborations and projects Michalis has worked with E Constandinidou Architects in Athens and Foster + Partners in London, as a design architect and design analyst, member of the Specialist Modeling Group.

Alkis Dikaios graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2003, with the degrees of Bachelor of Architecture and the Bachelor of Fine Arts. Following that he attended a Masters Degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the Architectural Association’s DRL program in London, graduating in 2009. Alkis has been selected by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture to represent Cyprus at the 13th Biennale of Young Artists, while he currently holds the position of Architect Designer and Partner at the office of Athos Dikaios + Associates.

Marios Tsiliakos is an Architect and Computational Designer/Researcher, holding a diploma in Architecture from N.T.U of Athens and a MSc in Adaptive Architecture and Computation from the Bartlett, U.C.L. He is currently teaching at the Institute for Experimental Architecture: Hochbau in Innsbruck and is the founder of Digital [Sub]stance, an online platform for sharing coding ideas and methodologies throughout the computational design community. Marios is also the developer of “Nudibranch”, an add-on for Grasshopper 3D.
